B.Sarue Eunji Park

Sarue Onshi Park, located near the Yokojuma River that runs north-south through Fukagawa, was originally a lumberyard of the Tokugawa Shogunate that had been in existence since the Edo period, but was opened as a park in 1932. With a total area of 145,000 square meters, the park is divided into the north and south sides across Shin-Ohashi Street.

The north side of the park is known as the best place to take pictures of Sky Tree, and the spacious plaza is full of greenery. On the south side, you can enjoy strolling in the well-kept Japanese garden, where the trees and rocks reflected on the surface of the upper pond, the stream and murmur from the Kaede Bridge, and the water plants in the lower pond are beautiful and soothing.
